Types of Units

Seaside Village offers five types of units for guests:

Townhouses
      * There are a total of eight Townhouse Units in two different sizes.

The Cottage
       * The Cottage is a stand-alone unit offering the most space.

Beach Cabanas
       * Three Beach Cabana units.
       * Separate bedroom and living area.
       * Refrigerator and microwave.
       * Private bathroom and shower.
       * Sleeps up to four people.

"Original" Units
       * There are six of these value-priced units.
       * Each unit has a refrigerator.
       * Each unit has a private bathroom and shower.
 
The Apartment
      * The Apartment is a very spacious unit
      * One bedroom with separate living room.
      * Full size, eat-in, kitchen.
      * Private bathroom and shower.
      * Sleeps up to six people.


All units are housekeeping units, to the extent that guests are responsible for bringing their own linens and towels.  Linens and towels may be rented by guests staying in the "Original Units" for additional fees.

Rates

Rates represent peak season rates in effect from mid June to mid September.  Off season rates are 30% less.

"Original" Units

The above rates are subject to New Hampshire Meals and RoomsTax.                                           
Deposits required upfront for all reservations and additional security deposit required upon check-in.
License or passport must be presented upon check-in for identification verification.
