Types of Units
Seaside Village offers five types of units for guests (all with air conditioning):
Townhouses
- There are a total of five Townhouse Units.
- Separate bedroom (with queen bed) and living area (with futon).
- Kitchenette
- Private bathroom and shower.
- Sleeps up to four people.
The Cottage
- The Cottage is a stand-alone house unit offering the most space.
- Two bedrooms (one queen bed and two twin beds) with a separate living room (with futon).
- Full size, eat-in, kitchen.
- Private bathroom and shower.
- Sleeps up to 4 adults and 4 children.
Beach Cabanas
- Three Beach Cabana units.
- Separate bedroom (queen bed) and living area (with futon or daybed).
- Kitchenette.
- Private bathroom and shower.
- Sleeps up to two adults and two children.
"Original" Units
- There are six of these value-priced studio units.
- Each unit has a refrigerator.
- Each unit has a private bathroom and shower.
- Sleeps up to two adults and two children.
- Unit 6, 8 and 9 have a queen bed and a futon.
- Unit 7 has a queen bed.
- Unit 10 has one double bed, one twin bed and a futon.
The Apartment
- The Apartment is a spacious unit
- One bedroom (queen bed) with separate living room (twin bed and two futons).
- Full size, eat-in, kitchen.
- Private bathroom and shower.
- Sleeps up to three adults and three children.
Bedsheets are provided for all units. Blankets and/or towels are available a la carte for units for an additional flat fee per person. Alternatively, guests have the choice to save such costs by furnishing their own blankets and towels.
Rates
Rates represent peak season rates in effect from mid June to mid
September. Off season rates are 30% less.

Three night minimum for townhouse units may be available only for short notice reservations subject to availability.
The above rates are subject to New Hampshire Meals and Rooms Tax.
(35% )Deposits required upfront for all reservations and security
deposit required upon check-in. Note: deposits are non-refundable unless the unit can be re-rented for the same dates in which case, the amount will be refunded minus a $50 processing fee. Depending on availability and in the sole discretion of the business, it may be possible to credit the deposit for a future stay during the same season.
License or passport required for identification

A specific single car parking spot (1 car) is assigned to each unit. Different arrangements must be agreed upon with the management prior to arrival.
Availability for day guests is subject to approval by management and subject to a $20 daily fee. Additional parking not available for approved day guests unless prior arrangements have been made with management, subject to availability. Pets not allowed unless approved by management prior to arrival.
